# How to Contact tatadex Support?

1. **Ensure you have a registered and verified Discord account**. Visit <https://discord.gg/tatadex> to join the tatadex Discord server.

   1. You may need to solve a captcha to prove you’re human.<br>

2. Once you enter the server, click the **Verify** button from our Mee6 bot to complete the verification process.<br>

3. Solve the captcha by clicking the **Solve** button.<br>

4. Enter the correct letters shown in the image, then click **Submit**.<br>

5. After successfully verifying, you will receive the "tata Fans" role and gain access to the rest of the channels.
   1. Navigate to the **#open-ticket** channel in the channels panel.

6. Click the **Open Ticket** button.<br>

7. A new ticket channel will be created for you under the "Created Tickets" category. You can access it by clicking the new channel or the link provided by the Mee6 bot in the **#open-ticket** channel.<br>
