How to Contact tatadex Support?

If you don't have a Discord account, go to https://discord.com to register and verify your email address before continuing with this guide.

1. Ensure you have a registered and verified Discord account. Visit https://discord.gg/tatadex to join the tatadex Discord server.

   

   1. You may need to solve a captcha to prove you’re human.

      
2. Once you enter the server, click the Verify button from our Mee6 bot to complete the verification process.

   
3. Solve the captcha by clicking the Solve button.

   
4. Enter the correct letters shown in the image, then click Submit.

   
5. After successfully verifying, you will receive the "tata Fans" role and gain access to the rest of the channels.

   1. Navigate to the #open-ticket channel in the channels panel.

      
6. Click the Open Ticket button.

   
7. A new ticket channel will be created for you under the "Created Tickets" category. You can access it by clicking the new channel or the link provided by the Mee6 bot in the #open-ticket channel.

   
8. Once you're in your ticket channel, feel free to type about the issue you're facing or share your proposal to us. Our friendly team will respond as soon as possible.
